You may return eligible items within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Returns must be initiated within this window.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In the original packaging with all accessories and tags included
- Free from signs of wear, damage caused by the customer, or alteration
Items that arrive defective or damaged due to our error or carrier handling are also eligible for return. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item arrives defective or damaged.
Non-returnable items: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened contact lens packages and personalized prescription eyewear cannot be returned unless defective.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at info@svsvisionoffer.my with your order number and the reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 1 business day with a prepaid return shipping label and return instructions.
- Print the prepaid label, securely package the item in its original packaging, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
A prepaid return shipping label is provided at no cost to you. No restocking fees, no reset fees, and no deduction of original shipping costs will be applied.
