Order Processing
All orders are processed from our fulfillment facility located at 13409 Copper Head Drive, Riverview, FL 33569, United States.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on a business day (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Order handling time is 1–2 business days. This is the time required to prepare, pack, and hand your order over to the carrier.
Delivery Times
We ship to the contiguous United States. Delivery speed varies by destination state. The table below shows the estimated total delivery time, which equals handling time + carrier transit time.

Carrier transit times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier. They are not guaranteed delivery dates. Adverse weather, peak shopping seasons, and other unforeseen events may occasionally extend delivery times. We will notify affected customers if a significant delay occurs.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is free for all orders within the contiguous United States. There is no minimum order value required to qualify for free shipping. No additional handling fees, packaging fees, or surcharges are applied at checkout.
Carriers
We select the most suitable carrier based on your delivery address and package size. Our primary carriers include USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier assigned to your order will be shown in your shipping confirmation email.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s tracking page. You can also track your order by entering the tracking number on the carrier’s website. If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@svsvisionoffer.my.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply in such cases.
